Here is my super simple vegan apple crisp. Quick breakfast option or great over vegan ice cream!
Super Easy Apple Crisp
6 Small Apples (4 Large Apples)
1 Cup Organic Spelt Flour
½ Cup Milled Almond Flour
¼ Cup Coconut Oil
1 Tbsp. Agave
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 tsp. Nutmeg
½ tsp. Sea Salt
First, peel, core and thinly slice apples. Place them on an oiled cookie sheet and sprinkle with Agave. Next mix all dry ingredient then incorporate oil. Mix should be crumbly. Pour over apples and bake for 45 Minutes on 350 degrees. Enjoy!
