Banana Vegan Pancakes

2 Cups Silk Vanilla Almond Milk

1 1/2 Cup Organic Spelt flour

1/2 Cup Millet Flour

1 Banana (Smashed)

1 Tbspn. 1/2 tsp.Baking powder

1 Tbspn. Palm Sugar/Agave

1 Tbspn. Vanilla Extract

2 tsp. Cinnamon

1 tsp. Sea Salt

Yields 4-6 medium size Pancakes

First, combine all your dry ingredients in one bowl. In another, use a fork or a small blender to turn your bananas in to a smooth paste. The best bananas for this recipe should have dark spots, They should be medium to large size in size.
Add your Almond milk to your bananas and pour the wet into the dry ingredients. Be sure to fold the ingredients together. Don’t over mix.
Pancakes should cook about 2 minutes on each side at Medium-High heat.
Feel free to add pecans or walnuts and you can double the recipe with no problem. Enjoy!
